Trade & investment advisory

The bridge between Turkey, Asia and MENA.

We connect investors, manufacturers and brands across three regions. Our team sources factories, opens new markets and negotiates trade deals for clients who don't speak Turkish and don't need to.

Six practices. Three regions. English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese spoken in house.

Six practices, one team.

Each one is named for what it does. Together they cover the route from a first feasibility question to a signed contract.

I
Investment

Preparing you to invest in Turkey

Feasibility studies, site and industrial zone selection, local partners, and coordination of company setup, permits and applicable investment incentives.

II
Manufacturing

Finding your production partner

Shortlisting and vetting factories in Turkey. Site visits, capacity and quality assessment, samples, and the commercial matchmaking between you and a producer.

III
Sourcing

Products and suppliers from Turkey and Asia

Verification, sample coordination, pricing and quality checks, and logistics handled from first contact through to delivery.

IV
Market entry

Bringing your brand into Turkey

Competitor and sector research, distributor and dealer networks, and the commercial structure needed to sell in the Turkish market.

V
Export development

Opening Turkish companies to Asia and MENA

Buyer research, distributor matching, pricing and offer preparation, and the export documentation that gets goods across the border.

VI
Business development

Building the relationships that make trade possible

Distributor agreements, negotiations, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and the follow-through that keeps a partnership alive past the first order.

How an engagement runs.

01

We map the route

A working session to understand your goal, whether that's sourcing, a factory, market entry or export, and the fastest credible path to it.

02

We build the plan

Shortlists, pricing, and legal and logistical structuring, with each step sequenced before you commit to anything.

03

We close it out

Our team negotiates with counterparties in their own language, on your behalf, until it's signed and delivered.

About the firm

Burç Consulting sits between Turkish manufacturers, ministries and distributors on one side, and the investors, brands and buyers who need to reach them on the other. Most cross-border projects don't stall over price. They stall over translation, trust and someone not following through on what was agreed on a call.

Our team moves between sourcing, manufacturing due diligence, market research and trade negotiation without handing you off between departments. One advisor stays with your project from the first call to the signed contract, and works with you in English, Arabic, Russian or Chinese, coordinating the Turkish side directly.

References and examples from recent engagements are available on request during an introductory call.
