Six areas of work, one working relationship.

Burç Consulting is structured around six connected business areas. Most engagements draw on more than one — an investment often needs manufacturing input, a sourcing project often leads to a market-entry question.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a foreigner open a company in Türkiye?

Yes. Foreign nationals can own 100% of a Turkish company, most commonly as a limited liability company. The process is broadly standardized, though the real timeline depends on document readiness — notarized translations, powers of attorney and a functioning bank account — more than the registry filing itself.

How long does it take to establish a company in Türkiye?

The registry filing itself can move in days once documentation is in order. In practice, allow several weeks when notarized translations of foreign documents, powers of attorney and bank account opening are factored in, especially if a shareholder isn't present in person.

What investment incentives are available in Türkiye?

Incentives are structured around investment zones and priority sectors rather than one blanket program, and typically include customs duty and VAT relief on imported machinery, corporate tax reductions and social security support. Eligibility depends on an investment incentive certificate applied for before the investment is made.

Can Burç Consulting help me find a manufacturer in Türkiye?

Yes — sourcing and verifying Turkish manufacturers, coordinating samples and managing production and quality through to delivery is one of our core services, covering contract manufacturing, OEM/ODM and private label production.
